Aryaman Pradhan — AI Strategist

Give your team back the hours repetitive work is taking. I build AI-integrated workflow systems in Python, against the tools you already use (Notion, Gmail, Slack, Sheets), that take over research, replies, onboarding and publishing. Human approval gates on anything customer-facing.

Selected work

• Speed-to-Lead — an inbound lead response service: a web-form webhook fires, the lead's site is scraped for context, the team gets a Slack alert, and the lead gets a personalized reply before a competitor answers.
• AI Assisted Onboarding System — a deal marked Won in Notion becomes a fully provisioned client workspace with zero manual steps. 153+ tests.
• Hotel AI Guide — a grounded website assistant that answers only from the property's own documents, cites them, and declines the rest. 300 tests.
